Commissioned by the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, this short film celebrates the social and cultural impact of self-injectable contraceptives in Malawi. Produced in Mangochi district, the film documents the results of a groundbreaking study from the Malawi Ministry of Health and the University of Malawi in to the number of women who continue to use a contraceptive method when given the autonomy to administer it themselves.
